As an Associate Relations Representative, you will help deliver key HR programs that support the employee experience, including leading new hire orientation and building strong relationships with associates and management across the facility. In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner, helping foster a collaborative work environment while supporting initiatives that promote engagement, communication, and organizational success. This position is ideal for a people focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees throughout their journey, and contributing to a strong,team-orientedculture. The salary range for this position is$68,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualificationswith annual bonusavailable(variable dependingon performance). In addition to the base salary,Perdueoffersa competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx,401(k)with employer match after1 year,critical illness, accident insurance, dental,vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off. Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Education and Experience Proven success in writing, updating and auditing Affirmative Action Plans, thorough knowledge of I-9 requirements, experience in ADA, EEOC, DOL, OFCCP regulations and current law.
